Cancellation/Refund Policy for Mindful Wholeness Coaching Sessions

We understand that circumstances may require you to adjust your coaching schedule. Below is our Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Cancellation by Client:

  • Clients are requested to notify us of any cancellations at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable. However, clients may request a reschedule based on availability.

Rescheduling:

  • Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions may be rescheduled once without incurring additional charges.
  • Rescheduled sessions are subject to mutual availability and must be completed within 30 days of the original booking date.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method. Clients will receive confirmation upon completion of the refund process.

Cancellation by Mindful Wholeness:

  • In rare cases where Mindful Wholeness must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be promptly notified. A full refund or reschedule option will be offered.

No-Show Policy:

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notification will result in forfeiture of the session fee. No refunds or reschedules will be provided for no-shows.

Exceptions:

  • Exceptions to this policy may be granted in extraordinary circumstances, subject to approval by Mindful Wholeness. Clients are encouraged to provide supporting documentation for consideration.

Policy Updates:

  • Mindful Wholeness reserves the right to revise this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and clients are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
