Saurabh Gupta is certified in Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) from the University of Toronto. He blends mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and sleep science to reduce stress, improve focus, and deliver measurable results for busy professionals, students, and families. Methods we use

Evidence based mindfulness training, CBT and DBT style tools, sleep hygiene and wind down routines, and habit design for busy schedules. Guidance is practical and explained in simple language.

What we measure

We set simple metrics for sleep quality, stress episodes, focus time, dependencies, screen time, food habits, mood stability, and lifestyle triggers. Records are maintained and shared so each session stays objective and outcome driven.

Ethics and scope

Confidential sessions with clear boundaries. Not for emergencies. Referrals are suggested when medical or psychiatric care is required. Consent and privacy are respected at every step.

Where we work

Online sessions on Zoom across India and globally. In-person sessions are available in Mumbai on request. All programs are designed to work fully online without loss of quality.

Fees

  • Basic Mindfulness: ₹2,000 per 60 minute online session

  • Genius Mind: fee after a short assessment based on goals and work involved

  • Executive Coaching: custom pricing as per need and targets
