Cancellation policy

Life happens, and plans change. This policy explains how cancellations and rescheduling work.

Cancelling a session

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with 48 hours’ notice receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations with less notice are not refunded, though we will try to offer another time.

Rescheduling

Sessions can be rescheduled once without charge with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability, within 30 days of the original date.

Missed sessions

A session missed without notice is charged in full.

If we need to cancel

If Sunil has to cancel, you will be told as early as possible and offered a new time or a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Exceptions

In genuinely exceptional circumstances, such as illness or emergency, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
